precious are moments that we share..




valtournenche, vallée d'aoste. philosophy's stage in february 2004.
me, my classmates and others guys stayed there for a week, with our philosophy's, religion's and gym's teachers. it was pretty boring at times, but fortunately, the most of the time we were outside playing in the snow. well, a teacher tried to bury me in the snow, actually. :/
anyway, that morning me and two of my friends that were with me, woke up early, and found out this beautiful sight... i just had to take a picture.
i hope you like it. :]




taken with an olympus trip100 film camera.
i only took a scan of it, resized and added a watermark.

Indeed like a painting... I have one remark though. On the bottom right there is a white stripe which I believe came from rotating and cropping the picture. Maybe you overlooked it; anyway I assume it's not supposed to be there :)

nope, i didn't rotate or crop the picture (:
it has been taken with an analogue camera, so probably it comes from developing the film, or maybe it's some dust on my scanner or on the photo as well... it can't be anything else (:

I see :D It seems that I'm so accustomed to digital photography that I make wrong assumptions.
Anyway the white strip isn't that important - I just wanted to mention it in case it was overlooked :)

my mind was gone yesterday i thought you were referring to another thing... the line is caused by my weird scanner, it took the photo crooked and i didn't wanted to crop the line away; i'm sorry!
